The younger panda baby of the twins born by the giant panda Ying Hua is good at CCRCGP.  All its physiological index and health index are normal.

        The panda baby is the younger one of the twins.  Since the elder one was crushed by Ying Hua, it has been gaining more attention.  The employees of the nursery room of CCRCGP show that the baby will continue to be nursed scientifically.

        At present, its weight is 107.9 g, 10.9 g heavier than that of yesterday.  The upturn of the weight indicates that it has lived through the dangerous dehydration period of the first three days.  With the weight increase, the baby will be healthier.  But it has not passed through the one-week key survival period.  During this period, its digestion, immunity ability and body temperature regulation is bad.  To guarantee it to grow up healthily, the employees of the nursery room work 24 hours in turn every day.  To avoid bacteria, the employees help the baby clean the oral cavity after feeding milk.  Besides, the baby cannot defecate by itself.  The employees use the watering cotton ball to knock its anus and perineum to help it defecate.  As soon as the baby is in needs, CCRCGP's nursery employees will move at once.

        Now the baby is bigger.  Its navel healed on July 5.  Its whole body still looks pink.  Nursery employees say that after several days, that is, one week after its birth, the color of its limbs, eyes and ears will begin to turn.  And till about 10 days, it will be the apparent black-and-white color.
